Testing Equipment
High Temperature Test
We conduct stringent quality temperature test to remove defective parts of our products. To achieve this, our product is placed in an 85°C hot water for 2 hours.
High Pressure Spray Test
Each outdoor light was tested for its ability to withstand pressure by inserting it under a heat shower of 60° to 90° temperature. At the end of the test, any defective luminaries are screened out.
Hydrostatic Test
We utilize high-quality hydrostatic equipment to determine the underwater sustainability of our product. Here all lights are placed underwater at a depth of 5-10 meters for an hour.
Waterproof test
We also determine the water resistance feature of our outdoor lights by immersing them in a 1.5-meter pool for 1.5 hours. Our quality control team will remove lamps that fail this test.
Aging test
Once production is completed and all tests are done, we conduct a 24-hour aging test before packaging. This is to ensure our products provide the exceptional quality and durability they are renowned for.
